Function
Benefits from the following properties:
Less friction
DiTOiL provides a film coating on all rotating or sliding metal parts.
This film layer is 100% petrochemical and has extremely high load characteristics. As a result, the metal parts slide over or past each other more easily. This results in lower energy consumption, higher output, less heat generation and reduced wear.
Strong adhesion
A lubricant can only do its job if it stays where we want it to.
Stronger adhesion requires various properties of our products:
- A low level of sensitivity to (extremely) hot or cold conditions.
- High resistance to salts or acids in the operating environment.
- Must behave stably with other products, without settling or clotting.
- As little leaching by liquids or gases as possible.
High point load
Under normal circumstances, everything usually goes well.
When things get more extreme, internal loads can increase exponentially. Due to extremely high pressures, which are often short-lived and localized, excessive “point pressure” loading occurs. In the long run, this will cause damage and is disastrous for any machine. DiTOIL provides a film layer which is stronger by a factor of 10 than conventional or manufacturer prescribed lubricants.
Little needed
DiTOIL is good, a little DiTOIL is better.
Our products are sustainable in use. You can at least halve use or renewal. So this means you are guaranteed to use or renew 2 times less. We have several client groups reporting to us up to 5 or 7 times less lubrication. At least those results are ones where sustainability is positively reflected in your wallet!
